Our love of old buildings is pretty well documented. (See here. Here. Here.)
This spring we worked on a couple projects to help showcase one of Omaha’s oldest and best homes.
Joslyn Castle’s website had gotten old and kind of crusty, so we helped with a refresh.
New colors and fonts, updated imagery and a rebuilt calendar to help remind folks about the Castle’s overflowing events schedule.

The Castle’s tiny staff needed a flexible foundation for creating new pages and sharing the history of the buildings, gardens and grounds. They wanted a cohesive design system that was easy to expand for future programming and new ways manage their site without so many calls to tech support. They even launched their own new site while we were on vacation! 💪
And also!
In tandem with the new Castle website, we helped design and launch the website for the Castle & Cathedral District, a collaboration between passionate community builders in the same midtown neighborhood.

It’s a pretty fun way to help reintroduce these Omaha classics to new audiences.
